Here is the place where I buy all my dresses. All the Jerry's you can put rhinestones and sequins on. Just be forewarned that at Jerry's you will probably be spending more than 100$ at least (thats without the rhinestones)

These dresses usually come with a lot of crystals with the option of adding more. There are also usually some included options for your dress and some options that cost a little extra, but it all depends on what you want.
