Is there a way to figure out how many calories I burn on a daily basis not counting my workout?

I want to know how many more calories I need to burn during workouts to be effective. Is there a way to figure out how many calories I burn on a daily basis not counting my workout?
Figuring out how many calories that you burn throughout the day would be nearly impossible unless you did the same exact motion every day for the same amount of time. The calories that the body burns during activity varies for everyone based on weight and exertion anyway. You will probably drive yourself insane or develop some sort of eating disorder (there is such a thing as exercise anorexia) if you focus on every calorie that you consume versus every calorie that you burn. If you are working out to lose weight then just try to eat healthier and get your heart rate up to the proper ';fat-burning'; level when you do exercise. Everything else will just even out hopefully and if you find that you are not losing weight at that point you should re-evaluate your exercise routine and modify it.Is there a way to figure out how many calories I burn on a daily basis not counting my workout?
