In my opinion, i think the best figure ever made would have to be the Mandarin Spawn. It may not have much articulation, but the sculpt is frikkin awesome.What is the best action figure ever made? Why do you think this is so?

Stretch Armstrong back in the day. You could pull his arms and legs and he'd morph right back into place.
Well, I bought (and stepped on!) millions of Ninja Turtle figures for my son, so I'll go with those.
GI JOE Articulation was great, paint was great and the collection is nearly endless to ever complete. They were fun to play with as a kid and they're fun to collect now. The accessories are also unique and part of the enjoyment.
