What kind of dress would compliment my figure?

I have flabby arms, a chubby stomach but regular thick thighs. I have an 8th grade dance so what kind of dress would compliment my figure. I'm very tall for my age which is 13 5'7 but my curvy figure still shows. I'm about 160 so I'm very fat. Can anyone help? What kind of dress would compliment my figure?
Something that's empire wasted and flows out, and most definitely ties around your neck, which makes your bust proportionate to your arms, and something that is just below or above the knee :).What kind of dress would compliment my figure?
my first question is, is this dance formal??? if it isn't, my best advice would be to wear a cute shirt and jeans that you feel comfortable in so you can dance all night long, have fun, and feel confident. if a dress is the only option, i would wear a dress with an A-line skirt (one that goes out) to create the illusion of an hourglass figure. if you feel self conscious about your arms i would suggest wearing a coverup like a little coat, but one that is a 3/4 sleeve because a short sleeve will cut up your arms and make them look bigger. also, an empire waist with an A-line skirt will mean that your stomach is hidden, but you'll still look cute. hope this helps, and have fun at your dance!
If you are very tall then I guess your weight probably fits you, yet Im still here to help. You should stay away from bright colors such as Neon pink, bright yellow, lime green, etc. etc. Stay away from stripes on your shirts and pants which will cause attention to your curves. Wear loose clothing, have your hair down, not in a pony or pigtails. If your going for a summery look wear knee high socks to cover your legs and a cute skirt. Have fun at your dance, and don't be conscious about your weight, you can still be beautiful! [: Hope this helps.
Ok, well, I'm about your age and I don't think you should sweat your body just yet. Trust me I have seen some pretty drastic changes and when youn get older you might slim out ;).

About the dress, if you are uncomfortable with your body go with a babydoll or flowy dress.
a dress that covers the arms, shows off the chest and hugs right below your bust, covers to your knees or lower
