There have been lots of them especially recently with AL pitchers batting in Interleague play. For instance, Curt Schilling batted .500 in 2006 and 2007. He was 1 for 2 both years.
However, my favorite example of somebody with the same batting average in back to back years was Vinny Castillo of the Rockies. He also had the same number of HR's and RBI's.
