What is the equation or formula to figure out when greenhouse gases reduce?

How are carbons and gases measured? How do we know exactly when going green will have actually slowed global warming. I still don't know how global warming can be turned around my man!!!! I just want be convinced scientifically!!What is the equation or formula to figure out when greenhouse gases reduce?
It is called a percentage equation. Take measurement of carbon dioxide and divide it by the total measurement of gases to get the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air.

I believe the measurements are done with a gas chromatograph, although I am not sure. Perhaps if you asked this question in the Chemistry section of Yahoo! Answers, someone who is familiar with this technique could tell you.

I am not going to explain how greenhouse gases keep our planet warm, or how excessive greenhouse gases contribute to global warming; there is a forum in the Science section of Yahoo! Answers that deals specifically with Global Warming.

We will know ';exactly when going green will have actually slowed global warming'; when climate scientists tell us it has slowed global warming. I am sorry, but the role of Science is no to go around till everyone is ';convinced scientifically!!'; Science is imprecise, and a ';70% chance that global warming has slowed'; might be the best that Science can do.
