Google it or if you can create a reset password disk from the a different account then you could do that if you have a spare CD-R around. Just go to control panel, find user accounts or something like that, and on the side it should say Tasks, and then under it, it will say Create Reset Password Disk. Also try booting in safe mode and messing with the user accounts from the control panel. You might find something in there.
