We tried it with our wedding rings tied to a piece of string. When it went in a line, it was a boy, and when it went in circles, it was a girl. It worked for both myself and my sister on all of our babies! I got two girls (and one boy we lost), and my sis got three girls in a row, and then one absolutely shocking boy (the only boy in the whole family)! I have also done the Chinese gender chart. I tested it out with my extended family, it was wrong once, and right more than thirty times! I a looking for some new ones with our next babies, I love old wives tales!Has anyone tried the pendant method to figure out the babies gender?

yes i did 3 times never worked once, i did it jst for fun.
what? no. sonograms work just fine
I did - it worked for all 3 of mine - it could however just be because there is a 50 /50 chance, but it's fun to do and to see if it's right.
I havnt tried it, but the sis in law did. By that method it should have been a girl, but at her 20 u/s check, they saw testicles and a penis between two lil legs. :)

theres an old wives tell that says if you carry high its a girl-low its a boy..

i did, it told me i was having a boy...and that's what i had...then again it has a 50/50 chance of being right.


i tried it again as I'm 17 weeks pregnant, I've tried a couple times and every time i try it, it comes out with a different out come. so i have no idea.
I'm confused about it because i've heard opposites for the results. For example, I read online %26amp; my mom's friend said that if it goes in circles it's a boy. But then I've heard if it goes in circles it's a girl.. I dont' know what to believe. Mine went in circles %26amp; I still won't know what it is until Feb 11.
